ENGINE REMANUFACTURING LINE: |

The production facilities of American Motive Power Inc. are complete. The renovation of this 500,000sf facility includes approx. 89,000 sq. ft. that will house the initial engine production and remanufacturing line and has evolved into a showplace for major customers. The appearance has changed dramatically since our occupancy and great care has been taken in the creating the appeal of the area to further demonstrate our commitment to quality and detail. The
installation the 7000hp water Dynamometer has provided the final touches to this section of the facility. |

SOURCING: |
Through well-known industry contacts, American Motive Power Inc. has sourced production equipment for several months. The final purchases,
have been completed and the operation of those is working as
expected. The equipment includes a fully tooled production line and features the Water Dynamometer which will record 96 channels of engine condition and function, available on printout and documentation for the customers inspection and assurance. Great care has been taken to establish quality assurance through the operations of this equipment in order to support proposed warranties that will apply.

INDUSTRY CONTACT: |
As Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development,
Gary M. Walsh is developing a great deal of contact and interest
for the future operations of the Company. We are currently
developing a backlog of work that will establish AMP as a
quality re-manufacturing supplier to the industry. A great deal
of contact has also been made by and between the Chief Operating
Officer, Joe Fearon, and industry representatives. The time is right, the facility is amazing, and the work force potential of the area will provide exactly what is called for in production of a quality product for the locomotive industry,” says Fearon. “ There appears to be great demand in the market for the work we intend to do, and I have never had a facility with this potential to work with!” In summary, interest has been high in what direction American Motive Power, Inc. is taking and groundwork is currently being established to become a quality supplier to the industry.
