Frank has over 30 years of mechanical and operational experience in the railroad industry. He most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of Locomotive Services at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, where he was responsible for overall locomotive operations, including management of the Company's locomotive repair facilities. Frank has also held leadership roles with Metro East Industries and Boise Locomotive as well as the position of Chief Mechanical Officer with two railroads. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of New Haven. In the community, Frank is the head coach of a travel hockey team.
